We do not have access to your credit card information; this is managed by our payment gateway providers. Method of Payment, Card Types accepted and Currency

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in USD (or any other agreed currency) and also Apple Pay.

Delivery & Shipping Policy

Quran Easy will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with US law.

Refund/Return Policy

Quran Easy memberships have a no-refund policy due to the nature of our digital products. We do not allow customers to “try it out“ - all sales are final.

Cancellation & Replacement Policy

You can cancel your Quran Easy membership at any time by logging into your membership portal "Manage membership" and changing your preference.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Intellectual Property

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any part of Quran Easy information and services without express written permission from us.

Community Code of Conduct

All members are expected to communicate in a respectful manner at all times. Any conduct that is viewed as unacceptable by management will result in a warning and/or expulsion from the community.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with US and New Jersey law.

Arbitration Clause

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement or the breach thereof, including claims for injunctive relief, shall be resolved through arbitration. Both parties agree to engage in good faith efforts to resolve the dispute amicably. If resolution through arbitration fails, the parties may seek appropriate legal remedies. However, both parties agree not to initiate legal proceedings until reasonable attempts at resolution have been exhausted through arbitration.
