Welcome to Quran Easy!

Thank you for choosing Quran Easy, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern your use of the Quran Easy mobile application ("App") provided by Quran Easy, LLC, a company located at 2501 Highway 516, Suite 102, Old Bridge, NJ 08857 USA. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Please read this Agreement carefully before using the App. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for an account, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree to these terms, you are not permitted to access or use the App.

Account Registration

To access the self-learning Quran reading videos on our App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and are liable for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, please notify us immediately.

Subscription and Payments

Access to the Quran Easy content is based on a subscription fee ("Subscription"). By subscribing, you agree to pay the specified subscription fee, which may be charged on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selection. Payment is made in advance for the selected subscription period.

We may adjust our subscription fees from time to time. If we change the fees, we will notify you in advance, and the change will apply to your next renewal period.

All payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will have access to the App until the end of the current subscription period, after which your access will terminate.

License and Use of App

Upon registration and payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You agree not to:

- Copy, modify, or distribute any content provided in the App.

- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

- Share your account login with others or allow multiple users to access the App using your credentials.

Violation of these terms may result in termination of your access to the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated this Agreement or engaged in any unlawful activity.

Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease, and you must stop accessing the App.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the App, including but not limited to videos, texts, logos, designs, and software, is the property of Quran Easy, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are not granted any ownership rights in the content, and you agree to use the content solely as authorized under this Agreement.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quran Easy, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the App.

In no event shall Quran Easy, LLC’s total liability exceed the amount you have paid to us in subscription fees in the past 12 months, regardless of the cause of action.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quran Easy, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the App or violation of this Agreement.

Changes to Terms

We may modify this Agreement from time to time. If we make any material changes, we will notify you via the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after the changes go into effect will constitute your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
